Traffic Control Policy & Engineering Request Form

The Mounds View City Council intends to adopt a Traffic Control Policy at their July 23, 2018 Council Meeting.  The policy provides for local residents to petition the Council for the installation of a stop sign.  The process begins with a resident (only one needed) to submit a request.  The request triggers the process for staff review and recommendation and based upon their recommendation, if denied, for residents to petition the council.

 75% of the residents residing within 500 feet of the desired location can petition the council for installation.
