Crossroad Pointe
Crossroad Pointe is a three-parcel, 4.25-acre redevelopment site owned by the Mounds View EDA. The site is located at the southwest corner of Mounds View Boulevard and County Road H2. Approximately 21,900 cars per day travel Mounds View Boulevard (Source: MnDOT, 2011).
The City has selected INH Properties to develop this site into 127 market rate apartments. Construction wil begin in the summer of 2019.
History
The EDA purchased the 1.28-acre parcel in September 2006 and later demolished the blighted gas station & car wash that was formerly on the site. The EDA purchased the .48-acre and 2.05-acre parcels the Summer of 2013. The structures on both parcels were demolished in the Fall of 2013. Marketing of the site began late Fall 2014.
