The City of Mounds View has business subsidies in the form of Tax Increment Financing, Tax Abatement, and other micro loan programs available for qualifying businesses. There are a variety of business subsidies from Ramsey County, the Met-Council, and the State as well as some Federal programs, utilitiy company rebates for energy efficiency applications and other programs that many businesses are not aware of such as the PACE program through the St. Paul Port Authority.
